Midstrom was pleased to take part in the recent InnoEnergy BioCCU event held on February 10 in Paris. The event brought together industry leaders, investors, policymakers and technology providers to explore the growing opportunities around biogenic CO₂ capture and utilisation. Discussions confirmed the strong business momentum behind BioCCU and its potential role in accelerating Europe’s decarbonisation.
Speakers and participants focused on the economic viability of biogenic CO₂ value chains, pathways for scaling e-fuel production, and the financing and policy mechanisms needed to unlock investments. The lively discussions and high level of engagement highlighted the increasing alignment across the ecosystem and the importance of collaboration to move from ambition to real projects.
