BioCCU in Europe: From Emissions to Investments – A Successful Evening in Madrid
On 19 February, industry leaders, investors, and policy experts gathered in Madrid for the “Biogenic CCU in Europe: From Emissions to Investments” event organised by InnoEnergy in collaboration with PwC. The event brought together key stakeholders to discuss how biogenic carbon capture and utilisation (BioCCU) can unlock new opportunities for Europe’s clean energy transition and industrial decarbonisation.
A lively panel discussion focused on the financing and de-risking of BioCCU projects with panelists Urbano Troncoso Pérez (Santander CIB), Pablo García-Salmones (RIC Energy), Diogo Almeida (Galp), Bosco Serrano Valverde (Transport & Environment), and Fernando Schwartz Llobera (Magnon Green Energy – Grupo Ence).
